The Inspector General is responsible for:
(a)Making final Agency determinations on appeals related to records originating with the Office of the Inspector General (§ 1212.400), and
(b)Authorizing an extension for making a final determination on an appeal related to records originating with the Office of the Inspector General (§ 1212.400(e)). [77 FR 60622, Oct. 4, 2012]
